I really wanted this to work, but it just didn’t fit right in my hand. It started feeling awkward quickly and wasn’t comfortable at all. I tried using it a few times, but ended up giving up. it kind of feels like feedback like this just disappears and nobody actually reads it, but that was my experience

I used it for a few weeks exactly like the instructions said, and I didn’t see any real difference. It felt like I was doing my part and the product just wasn’t holding up its end. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me it was disappointing, and I blame myself a bit for buying into the hype. Definitely felt like a waste of money.

Overall, the cleaning is okay. My quick way of judging it is whether the place feels tidy when I walk in, and most of the time it does. It’s not spotless or anything, though, a few corners or bins get missed here and there, so it sometimes gives off a bit of a rushed feeling.
Maintenance is more of a mixed bag. The smaller issues do get handled, but not always quickly. In my head, if I have to follow up, I automatically count that as slow, and I did have to remind them once before anything happened.

For the price, I’d say it’s fine. Not bad enough to complain a lot, but not good enough to be impressed either. If they were a little quicker and more consistent, I’d probably feel better about rating them higher.

I ordered this from myplusone.com a few months back and it was fine at the start. Shipping was normal, nothing crazy, and the item did what it was supposed to do so I was happy enough with it.

After using it for a while though, it don’t feel as sturdy as it did before. I also had one weird charging issue randomly, but it still works. Just not as reliable as I was hoping it would be.

I tried using the site, but I got confused quickly and ended up giving up. It felt less straightforward than... I don’t know, I just expected it to be easier to get around.

At first I thought, okay, maybe this will do the job. But after a few uses my opinion changed fast. The material feels really thin and cheap, and it already started looking worn out way sooner than it should have. For the price, I expected a lot better.

I’ve been using it for a little while now, and so far the charging has been good. It doesn’t take too long, at least most of the time, and the battery seems to last a decent amount after a full charge. There was one time where it felt kind of slow, so I’m not totally sure if that was a one-off or not, but overall I haven’t had any real issues. Giving it 4 stars because I do wish it charged just a bit faster.

The shipping was okay, it showed up in a reasonable amount of time. The box came dented though, so I wasn’t too impressed with the packaging.

Support did get back to me, so there’s that. The refund, however, took longer than I would’ve expected, which was a little frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not what I’d call smooth.

I booked through myplusone.com and, the noise really took away from the whole experience. I could hear people talking, doors opening and closing, and random sounds late into the night. I barely got any sleep, and instead of feeling relaxed, I just felt stressed out. Maybe it wouldn’t bother someone who’s a heavy sleeper, but for me it was way too loud and definitely not worth it. I wouldn’t book again
